Michelle Kraft
Client Services Manager
I'm passionate about making clients feel valued and cared for during every stage of their financial journey. With almost 4 decades in the industry, I oversee customer service for multiple financial representatives, ensuring that each client receives the attentive support they deserve. My role centers on helping clients navigate life's financial ups and downs with confidence and peace of mind, because everyone deserves to feel important regardless of their wealth or status.
My original path was to become a schoolteacher, but after starting in the workforce, I discovered a different calling. I began at an insurance agency, moved into financial services, and eventually found myself working with a great group of people who were willing to walk with me, help me grow, and build something meaningful together.
What I find most rewarding about this work is providing that steady presence for clients—someone who makes them feel at ease, whether they're experiencing good times or facing challenges. Every client's story is different, but they all share a common need: to be cared for and made to feel that their concerns matter.
I am from Louisville, Kentucky, where I grew up in a family of seven with four brothers. Family has always been everything to me, and I've been married for 20 years to my husband, Bernie. Our son, Connor, is truly the greatest gift to our family. Working with clients daily, I see a wide range of family dynamics and the challenges families face together. It brings insight into how my own family is shaped and how I work toward building the life I want for my son.
I hold the Associate Customer Service designation from LOMA, the Associate Insurance Agency Administration designation from LOMA, and the FLMI Designation from LOMA. These qualifications have equipped me to excel in the ever-changing landscape of the financial industry, where the way we service and work with clients continues to evolve.
